1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation — either in person, by phone, or through WeChat — to understand your family’s preferences, cemetery requirements, and cultural traditions.
We’ll walk you through:

2. Custom Design & Sketch Approval
Once we finalize your preferences, our in-house team creates a custom sketch layout for your monument. This includes the surname, dates, religious or symbolic art, and family-specific inscriptions.
We then submit the sketch to the cemetery for official approval.

3. Manufacturing & Delivery
Each monument is manufactured using top-grade granite sourced internationally, including 614 Grey, 654 Grey, India Red, and India Black.
Stones are shipped directly to our staging location in New Lisbon, New Jersey, where we inspect, store, and prepare them for installation.
Nothing is rushed — every detail is checked before going into the ground.
4. Cemetery Foundation & Permits
Many cemeteries require permits, foundation payments, and layout confirmations before a monument can be set.
Our team handles:

Cemetery follow-up and permit status
We coordinate directly with the cemetery to make sure everything is approved and completed on time.
5. Final Installation
We install every monument using our own trucks and equipment. No third-party subcontractors.
Our team sets the stone securely and professionally, ensuring it meets cemetery standards for alignment, elevation, and base support.
Optional On-Site Services
Families often return years later to add a spouse’s name or final dates. We provide mobile on-site engraving and repainting without removing the monument.
